1. Scope & Certification

For all Veinlite devices delivered into the EC territory, MedTech Innovations acts as the authorized service center and handles all warranty claims on behalf of the manufacturer. This is also an integral part of Translite LLC's Quality Management System according to ISO 13485, certified under FM6338.

2. Warranty Services

In the event of a warranty claim, the Veinlite device will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent device free of charge by the Veinlite Service Center located at Fabriksteig 10/4, A-9500 Villach, Austria. Disposables such as protective covers and wear parts like batteries are excluded from this warranty, as well as damages caused by improper use or failure to observe the operating instructions. This particularly includes damage caused by improper cleaning or sterilization.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the invoice date of delivery to the customer, but no later than 3 months after the invoice date to resellers, and ends 1 year thereafter. MedTech Innovations reserves the right to extend the warranty period for devices sold by them within the EU. If applicable, this extension will be noted on the delivery invoice.

4. Warranty Claims Procedure

Warranty claims must be reported in advance via email to office@veinlite.eu, stating the device's serial number, date of purchase, and a brief description of the defect. MedTech Innovations will then reply by email with further instructions. As a general rule, the defective device must be sent to the service center via postal parcel with shipment tracking. It will be repaired and returned free of charge within a maximum of 7 business days.
